Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope

This policy governs all content you submit to Gulliver (gulliver.watch, the "Site"), which currently means content submitted through the feedback form (feedback type, description, optional contact details); once account features launch, it also applies to content submitted within an account. The Site offers no user-facing content generation features. The ranking data published on the Site is generated by an automated data pipeline under deterministic rules; teardown reports are drafted with assistance from OpenAI GPT-series models (via Codex), checked by humans, and published; neither the rankings nor the reports are user-submitted content. Category labels in the rankings and reports (such as "Video Generation & Editing") describe the business of the third-party sites analyzed and do not represent features offered by the Site.

2. Prohibited Content

You must not submit, publish, or distribute the following through the Site:

Pornographic or NSFW content;
Violent or gory content;
Hate speech;
Child-unsafe content (CSAM) — zero tolerance: such content is removed immediately upon discovery and reported to law enforcement as required by law;
Deepfakes or content impersonating others;
Content infringing copyrights or trademarks.

Also prohibited: illegal or defamatory content; malware and phishing links; spam and bulk duplicate submissions.

3. Platform Content Moderation

Automated moderation

The Site currently operates no automated moderation system and makes no claim to one; all user submissions are handled manually (see the next subsection).

Manual review

The operator manually reviews all user submissions (currently only feedback-form submissions, at a limited volume). Correction feedback about ranking data is used only to verify data and improve the product (see the Privacy Policy at /privacy); it does not automatically change rankings.

Periodic spot checks

The operator periodically manually spot-checks content displayed on the Site and the reachability of external links.

Applicable situations

Content displayed on the Site violates this policy; a rights holder of a third-party site analyzed by the Site believes that a report is infringing or inaccurate.

Reporting principles

We keep the reporter's identity confidential; each report is reviewed independently by a human; malicious false reports will be recorded and rejected.

Process

Do not include passwords, payment information, or other sensitive data in a report.

5. Response Times

Reports involving severe violations such as child safety or terrorism receive an initial response within 24 hours; other violation reports receive an initial response within 2 business days. We reply to the reporter after enforcement where appropriate.

6. Enforcement

Depending on severity, we may: remove the violating content; refuse further submissions from the violator; once account features launch, restrict, suspend, or permanently ban the violating account; and, where a violation is suspected to be illegal, report it to law enforcement and cooperate with investigations.

7. Appeals

If you believe an enforcement action was made in error, email fantasy19.hit@gmail.com to appeal; we will review the decision and reply within 5 business days.

8. Policy Changes and Contact
